Last FOTA update can not be installed

If I click on wireless update it immediately jumps back in the settings and nothing happens. No update no message nothing.

If your phone is rooted, you can't update it by FOTA method. To process a factory data reset before running the update also might be neccessary. If nothing helps, flash your phone with SP Flash Tool and after the first boot up, skip the whole setup process, except connecting to a WiFi router and try to update your phone again.

Since I can't examine your specific device, I suggest you to perform a factory data reset and try again.

same here my phone has never been rooted and ive only used over the air updates.
phone will not install this update.
i dont wish to have to wipe my phone to install it shouldnt be needed

Never rooted, never any problem with previous OTA.
