I'll try tomorow and if it doesn't work I'll ask a refund.
It's completely unacceptable that the GPS works that bad.

I almost lost myself today because I tried it for the first time and my position was teleporting every seconds anywhere on the map (completely crazy).

I was pretty happy with my new umi hammer S and would have recommended before testing this AWFUL DREADFUL GPS

but in /data no files
and no /misc folder
search find no files mtkgps.dat

only an mtk_agpsd (not .dat) is find in /system/bin

and i ca'nt copy, deplace, or delete this file

what can i make to fix my romex ?

umi romex is not root, impossible to change anything in the files gps.conf ou others

developpers help us ?

If gps strenght is modded with firmware, it s not a hardware fault.

GPS works with triangulation, two programs help to have a triangulation more quickly and with more precision: gps fix and faster gps, the 2 are available on play store but faster gps need to be rooted.

The problem comes from this triangulation is done wih really short time (milliseconds), and atomic clocks of eack country are not exactly the same that provides imprecision and errors, if your gps data is synchro with china and your phone has france atomic time, there is difference that make bad triangulation.

I got the same problem with my meizu mx4 that i solved with these softwares, i think it s same problem let me know if it works i have ordered 2 umi rome x.
