well... thinking in help all of you guys, i came to say that the support on this link (https://umidigi.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals) it's work perfectly, i was try for email but is not working properly, so i find this way to contact the support in there you can send prints and videos and talk with chat, anyway, i think is much better this way

E para os ptBR o que quis dizer acima é que lá é muito mais rápido o atendimento e pelo menos eles respondem ate rápido, eu assim como todos aqui neste tópico sofro dos mesmos problemas, são travamentos, apps fechando sozinho, reiniciando sozinho... enfim, ta difícil usar o aparelho, ele não transmite confiança no uso e aparentemente tudo é problema de software ou não...
