The first thing tat you should do if a some feature is not working fine is contact with reseller explaining the problem. Did you contact with reseller?, he is who has to give you warranty.

Hi Soban,
After connect fingerprint, issue was solved?. Now is working fine fingerprint scanner?

Sorry but sometimes these things can happen and a bad position of the connector can do that after use phone, a disconnection of mainboard can happen. I hope that you will solve issue connecting fingerprint correctly
