If Quick Boot is enabled, your phone won't really power of, just will be hibernated. In that case you have to remove the battery or disable Quick Boot. Please, check in the battery stats, which process drains the battery.

Can it be Flash Tool MTK65xx handle this flashing?

MediaTek flash tool versions can handle all current and older MTK smartphones but not future phones. Always use the latest version or the one can be downloaded here.

How can I disable the Quick Boot function? I didn't know that something like this exists.

That should be in the Settinggs/Accessibility menu, but I don't have a Rome in hand, so I can't give you the exact answer.

The battery problem is the same. Poor sound problems of the call, the same.

Helo, i have  Umi rome, and have a big problem , the volume (ringtone, media etc) its very very low, how can it fixed, somebody help me, i m very sad for this.
