utilizo audifonos bluetooth, se conectan y funcionan bien, sin embargo dejan de funcionar aunque el movil indica que estan conectados, y aunque los sincronice de nuevo aparecen conectados pero el audio se reproduce en el movil, ya he probado los audifonos en otros dispositivos y no me dan ese inconveniente.

Half problems with my UMIDIGI with this last update:
1. Bluetooth issue with connection or losing connection when I listening songs...
2. Wifi issue with dropping connetion for some seconds.
3. Calling on 4G, people don't hear me permanetly...
4. Display brightness is not adjustable to minimum in night... If I compare other phones this is very bad...
5. When I have update to app via appstore sometime I have two icons in display from one app... Work only reinstall app.
6. Reproductor inside in phone have sometimes during the day, issue with "auto" changes the volume when I play something... (Youtube,Spotify or other app.) Example: If I listeing someting and I don't use phone, during listening - phone automaticly changing down and back volume without my control...
7. Missing security update for android... I have last from March 2021

That's all. I think you have good devices but issues what I have is not normal compare with rivals. Fixing time too.
Yes I understand maybe you are smallest compare with other rivals.

I wish you good luck but at the moment I must take my Umidigi to box and wait for repair update fix.

Hello Ben,

The first step was to rise a ticket a Umigidi support, but they not answer or just close the ticket without an explanation. Pretty poor service.

I guess this is a software issue, as it works normally with other applications like whatsapp call, facebook call, ms teams call.  

If you mean you cannot solve this issue, it means it only happen to my phone? In that case should be a hardware issue. I don´t think so, because I saw other complains from other users, even in the same webpage where I got the phone (www.linio.com.pe).

Hello Ben,

You see this message

it is a software issue, means you are the one who have to solve this.

In my country I saw many message of people complain, many of them has return the phone. I was expecting you UMIGIDI could solve the issue.

But I am starting to think you UMIGIDI don't want to solve or can not solve this basic feature.
