I'm also having problems with the phone, it keeps restarting a few times a day, crashes the touch, closes apps suddenly.

I ask Umidigi Support for a solution, as this is causing inconvenience for its customers and users of the device.

se quedo con  letras rojas al fhasear ya son 3 con el mismo problema alguien me ayuda con ese problema soy tecnico y me an llegado varios con fallas de sistema

buenas tardes necesito soporte ya que varios modelos de umidigi power 5, a7s, A11 sigue erroneo el firmware siguen con la misma falla del reinicio solo por favor cargar firmware buenos

Heeeey Umidigi!! Looks like you're treating everyone like the Power 3 debacle; STILL no update from V1.2!

So.. I know you're getting annoyed at looking through all my posts, but this Power 5 is still laggy on system operation, camera doesn't focus well, keyboard is slow and unresponsive... the list kinda goes on..

We need some system stability updates! And a security update. This always happens... I can't keep returning to this brand if there isn't any support, guys!! I'm pretty close to selling this and going back to my very reliable Huawei Y9 Prime 2019.......... juuuust saying.

I thought the problems were just me, but I'm a little more reassured to know that these are problems that can be solved by updating, anyway

I came to report 2 annoying bugs that are happening to me

The first is that, in 2 applications in common use of mine, they have the following problem: when I click on links that should open a browser to show content outside, the application closes by itself

The second is on the issue of displaying videos in VR, when I watch videos like this, the VR mode displays screens much smaller than the smartphone screen itself, and in a few times I saw it, the screen was not centered

Hey Admin/Umidigi

My Power 5 keeps freezing on screen touch while using it and restart on it own multiple times. Can't even use it, so frustrating as it keeps freezing all the time. I have tried factory reset from setting, still the same issue.  Please when are we getting the update to fix this bug. Am so in pain. Not up to a month I got my power 5

i have another bug to report.
is a software bug. When a insert a cable p2 on my smart phone and plug him on my car's sound, the sound is not to play

why im saying that a software's bug? because, i have an app that make change this, so i can contorn that problem

my car's sound do not have connection with bluetooth, so a use a cable p2 to reproduz the musics in my car, for way to the auxiliar connection

I would like an answer about the power 5 problem that restarts frequently. I want to know if it is going to be corrected by software or if it is a hardware problem.  I already have 5 Umidigi power 5 with the same problem!!  We need support to continue distributing the brand.

Parece que la última actualización soluciona el problema de reinicio frecuente en power 5. ¿Se puede comentar si eso resuelve el problema al 100%?
