For the third time, my screen is blocked.  It doesn't respond to anything, even a fingerprint won't unlock the phone.  I have to restart the phone before it starts working normally.

I have two questions: First - Why when I remove a folder from the home screen, after a while it appears?  How to remove it from appearing?  Second - how to remove these suggestions that appear in the settings?

This phone is crazy, it sets up widgets that I previously had, I can't remove the folder tools in any way.  I remove it and set myself up!  I leave the screen light at 80%, after a while about 20 minutes of the screen off and idle, the phone automatically adjusts to!

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF MY UMIDIGI A9 PRO IS VERSION 2020 OR 2021 .. IF IT DOESN'T TURN ON ... AND THE INFORMATION DOES NOT CAME IN THE BOX DOCUMENTS.
IF YOU CAN HELP ME... IF IT IS 2020 WILL I NOT BE ABLE TO INSTALL THIS 2021 VERSION? OR CAN I? WHAT WOULD HAPPEN?

Hi! I have a problem with the flashing process. When I start downloading, a red bar appears and the download doesn't happen. I've already looked for several ways to solve this (including the way that is mentioned in the forum), but nothing solves it. Can anyone tell me how I solve this?
