I'm not seeing a post for V1.3_20200801 so I am posting here.

Just installed the OTA update and after a reboot all the apps with the accessibility option turned ON now have it turned OFF.
After turning the accessibility option back ON it eventually gets turned OFF again shortly after.

Anyone else encountering this issue?

The permissions keep turning off. Can't seem to keep the permission turned on with this new update.

Edit: Going to perform a factory reset because:

Live wallpaper no longer sticks.
Accessibility keeps getting turned off for all 3rd party apps except Nova Launcher.
Making navigation difficult when accessibility gets turned off for Navigation Gestures.

And I am seeing an error message in recovery mode when wiping cache.
Which happend after the factory reset as well.

E:Fota installation aborted.
E:: No such file or directory.

Issues persist after a factory reset

The new update constantly turns off accessibility leaving most apps unusable.
And turning off battery optimization doesn't help as apps are still getting closed.
     
None of these apps are usable anymore after the update:
   
Tasker
Shouter
KWGT
Navigation Gestures
Mi Control Center
Powershade
Quick Settings
Ultra Volume

Edit: And now that the full V1.3_20200801 version is available.
I used the SP Flash tool and flashed it in download-only mode.
Issues persist.

And I am still seeing that E:Fota error when wiping the cache partition in recovery mode.

Edit: Used the SP Flash tool to flash it in firmware-upgrade mode and set it up as new.
Will see how it goes.
