After the screen goes off, the screen may not turn on unless it is restarted.

Even when the screen does not light up, the ringtone of the mail is still on, so it seems that it is not a hangup.

Hi Im looking for the V1.0_20200306.V3.10 system update OTA but is not still available I have to update from 20190912 and I can NOT use this last firmware to update.

WHERE I can download it to make a manually update I dont want to reset a factory install... where I can found it ?

HEY I HAVE an UMIDIGI X Bought December 2020 and I use it now as emergency service and the only OTA offered via service update is the UMIDIGI_X_V1.0_20190912 to 20200306 version BUT THIS VERSION IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON YOUR SERVERS my X stuck on this...
Please can you tell me WHERE I CAN FIND THIS FILE OTA UPDATE so I can put this ota file in my root for a manual update
I don't want to do a reset factory with any full reinstall
I need this device now but it do not work on my bank account and this update fix the issue
