Hi everyone,

I (maybe) find a bypass for the microphone issue, go to phone app > 3 dots in the top-right corner > Settings > Accessibility > disable noise reduction.
Then power off your phone, plug in charge, wait a minute and power on without disconnecting your phone.

I don't know if this solution really works, but now my microphone is working incall and in VoiP apps, even after reboots.
Tell me if it's working for you or not, I continue my investigation.
UPDATE 06/03/19 : It seems to be a bug with the USB-C port dedecting a microphone headphone even when nothing is connected.
Restarting the phone in charge seems to fix the problem (You need to do this for each charge, because the bug appears when the phone is plugged in AND turn on).
Maybe connecting a headphone fix the problem ? (I can't test because i loose USB-C adapter)

Many thanks for the tip and effort. I tested but it did not work. I also tested with a micro ... but it did not work either.

I bought a "device" that you say is a mobile phone ... but it does not allow me to make phone calls !!! The microphone does not work.

the problem of z2 I had it on the mic and its not belong of software, its hardware problem ! you have to presse on upside of the mic where you here the call and the mic well function on pressing on the side, sometimes you have to press behind the phone to make the mic working...its a problem mechanic

remove the sim card and the memory card and try to restart the phone on pressing the power bouton long time

Never buy Umidigi smartphones. I bought a smartphone on Aliexpress, from the official seller. On smartphone does not work the camera. The seller does not respond. I wrote to all mailboxes of Umidigi support, no one answers.

Last correspondence with the seller, then he stopped responding:

No tengo mucho de tener mi Umidigi Z2 Dual, 6gb Ram etc...

hace unas semanas me dejo de funcionar el receptor de llamada. Cuando realizo una llamada o recibo una no logro escuchar nada.

Para poder escuchar tengo que utilizar el altavoz.

Me pregunto si es por causa de la actualización OTA que me ha pasado este problema.

Ahora quiero volver al Firmware que traía por defecto para ver si así logro reparar mi teléfono.

Alguien me puede mencionar el cual es el Firmware por defecto?
