UMI Iron very slow charging

I have the same problem, but my charging stuck on 70%. I think its the battery problem. UMI, where can we get the new battery? I think we all need group law suit UMI because of fraud and sloppy customer support.

Hi UMI, you make me absolutly big problems with no answer. I was stuck with your phone, my battery was totally drained after 5 hours charging. I cant call emergency when i was attacked!!! I cant call police or emergency call, somebody after half haour fing me, only this was for me luck.

Now i go make all of i can do with justice of law!!!

Your support is zero, absolutly!!!
You joke people, you sell false phones.

I got 1 answer in 2 weeks, then no reaction from UMI support.

You think that you are in China, and nobody does nothing do with you with law?

Hi Verdio, first of all

Did you contacted with reseller where you bought Iron explaining problem?. Did reseller answered anything to you?

Secondly, after having phone charging during all night, next day you say that Battery can be at 30%, 40%, but, which is the duration of battery during the day?. Sometimes happens that battery is not calibrated and values that you can see are not real.

Did you tried to leave phone charging during all time possible until will arrive to maximum value?

Battery is calibrated normaly, problem is with slow charging. Phone have problem charging, battery show % of charging normally. I had uninstall all of aplications but charging is with same results.

Its biggest problem weith your Phones! My college want to buy new hone from your company, but i say him not to buy umi iron Pro
