I you already have twrp on your phone, you can backup your NVRAM partition easily. Full backups are not interchangeable between different devices but single files in a package yes. So, to replace the nvram of your phone by another one saved from another phone, you have to make your own twrp backup, then replace only the nvram image file in your backup folder before restoring the backup. That will be processed and you get a new nvram partition saved by another one.

Just don't forget that, the content of the data/NVRAM folder is just a copy of the NVRAM partition. If you perform a factory data reset, the data partition will get wiped, the NVRAM folder in it as well.
