I've bought an UMIDIGI One on Amazon.it, the device doesn't keep APN settings saved after reboot. I've tryed many things, nothing works. Still waiting support from your tecn support.  If tomorrow still no answer or solution i'll send it back. Too much annoying issue and poor support.

The operator doesn't matter.
I'm using an italian operator called Fastweb and I've the same problem.
The phone doesn't recognize APN automatically and I've to add it manually, but it disappear every time after reebot.

I've Postemobile.it, but i also tried another sim from CoopVoce ( that uses Tim.it network ), the issue still persist. After you put the APN parameters for internet and SAVE it, it works. But after reboot it's all disapperead (APN page returns blank) and basically you've to create a new APN every time. I've tried change language, different APN parameters, restore wi-fi/mobile settings. I've updated firmware. It seems a bug that the user simply cannot resolve.

look at that I use both the smartphone one / one pro with operator vodaf ..... wind ... and I have not found any problem ... but yesterday I tried to insert the sim of my son who uses iliad and the problem seems that there is, surely with the new update this problem will be solved with third-party operators. just a little patience ...

A new update was released recently, kindly upload the change log. Secondly, the camera name on phone is "off" instead of the name " camera"
