worked for me on 2nd try, the first time stucked on wait soter for couple of minutes, i disconnect reboot phone close the program, an try again it did the work in about 30 seconds.
No it was not. If everything is alright, it goes into meta mode within few seconds and boot logo appears. If the phone starts to charge, disconnect it and connect again. If the problem persists maybe you should reinstall the preloader driver. But if SPFlash tool works you might not have any problem with your drivers.

yes i did some try, send with and without message, compress the file, an at the end i changed the mail for sending, this last try with succes, thank's again.
You need only to press the start button and then connect your switched off phone. A tip: try to disable any antivirus and firewall software, can be helpful.
