I have an issue with the camera... it doesnt work. after booting up the phone and clickin camera it will load up the UI but have no picture and if you click on anything it will freeze and if i try to start the camera again i get the message "Cannot connect to camera. Please close any other app that may be using the camera or flash" but there is no other app running. I've tried clearing data and cache, rebootin numerous times, even tried it in safe mode and still get the same thing.... Help!!

You are jocking isn't it?
The cameras are very good but the software is not optimizate for fotos, just the 4k video for the advertisement.
We need an ota whit real camera fixes.

I love the phone, but why is the camera so bad?!

Thank god that I am not the only person complaining about the camera..

On my LeeCo Le 2 Pro the HDR option would take pictures and the file size will be like 40mb - a raw uncompressed file. Does the S2 have this feature that I am not aware off?

And why are 4k videos recorded in 3gp? Why cant they be mp4 files?

And why is the focus so bad... auto focus is terrible

Umidigi you need to release a OTA update to fix the camera.

Umidigi needs to reply to their customers instead of only posting marketing topics. I thought Oneplus customer service was bad when they released the Oneplus One back in 2014. This is waaaaaay worse..
