how to find proximity sensor settings?

The proximity sensor is located or should I say co-located with the light sensor at the top edge (not the top face) of the phone. it does not react to obstacle coming to the face of the device. Only obstacle coming towards the top egde does it detect. Problem is it does not detect accurately it is either 0 cm or 10 cm. Possibly it is also a light sensor used as proximity sensor.

But I cannot find ways to calibrate it, even for the compass and gyroscope no calibration seems to be present. Frustrated aint it. GPS does not work ( almost impossible to get a sattelite lock) and compass does not work properly, renders the phone useless for navigation use.

Hopefully the moderators and UMIDIGI admin will take it up with the engineers to have the function working or we shall have to return in to UMIDIGI for non-functional sensors.

I have a lot of apps that I can`t use on the Crystal because the mobile don`t support Google SafetyNet Compability test. It fails on the CTS Profile Match (the apps complain that the telephone is rooted).

This renders the telephone as useless for me.
