By the way, no games are installed in my smartphone, it's not my business: anyway, it's still useless.
It's a pity because the smartphone's design is really nice.

I unfortunately bought two Crystal and one is DOA, it doesn't even start or take the charge. I wrote to Gearbest to sort the issue. Anyone can help me doing something to try and boot it?

Not right at all... For example I bought umidigi Crystal because didn't have a button below screen, instead of every other chinese bezelless phone that have it. Style choices

You're right about style choices though  

You are right Erich, even the light and proximity sensor should be placed on the bottom bezel rather than the top edge which is ridiculous. I am sure UMIDIGI is not the first to produce the so-called tri bezelless (the correct term should be minimal tri-bezel) and could learn from the other that comes with the product.
