Then the formatting process executed but not the flashing. I mean, the firmware data didn't get written in fact. That sometimes happen due to an unexpected USB driver malfunction. You should power off and reboot your PC (if you haven't done it yet in the meantime) and use another USB port, one on the back panel of your PC.

I contacted the reseller (1949deal.com) about having the phone repaired while the warranty is still valid. They told me the phone must be completely without scratches or cracks in order for the warranty to be valid. I understand why it must be withiut cracks, but without scratches? Attached are some pictures of the scratches i have on the phone. Will they really make the warranty void?
