As a final attempt you can try to flash your phone in Format all + Download mode but if your issue still persist, you might have a defective motherboard or flash memory chip.
It's also worth the time to flash your phone with a different computer and USB cable. A wrong communication between the computer and your phone can lead to data loss while flashing.

Edited by woudell at 2017-11-10 18:45 \n\nso really why does my umidigi crystal has a mt6735 proces ...

Hi,
The higher speed (turbo) version of the MT6735 is called MT6737T, so some hardware analysing apps may produce a faulty identification. Try to cheeck it with AnTuTu Benchmark or with AIDA64. You can find both of them in the play store.
You can find the stock firmwares on this site (there are some newer versions as well), so since you are already here, I don't really understand your question.

ok really cause the post for the 2gb firmware version of the umidigi crystal has updated roms for  ...

No, your phone has an MT6737T processor built in. Check it in Settings --> About phone or with AIDA64 or AnTuTu benchmark.
UMIDIGI do not use MT6735 in any of its models.

UMIDIGI_CRYSTAL_V1.0_20171018 is the build number

It's strange since that was not an official version, that was not installed in the factory. You can update it by this one: http://community.umidigi.com/thread-16157-1-1.html
