The emergency repair kit is uploading now by UMI. Do you have another (or more) but mtk based phone connected to your computer?

Not yet finished. I just see that by your screenshot, you have two mtk com ports active. You should disconnect everything and reboot your machine.

uninstalled everything.the problem is that not recognize the phone.
those options were hidden

Smartphone OFF -> connect to usb -> boot logo UMI -> display -> slightly dark. not accessible.
If i want, while is slighty dark, i can press VOL UP + VOL DOWN + Power and the devices switches to download mode.

Hi again, how is progress on the emergency repair kit? You must have a good connection to Umi, they wouldn't send me anything.

They've gone to sleep. Hope I can get the download link tomorrow, despite the weekend. I'm in daily contact with four UMI employess but they're PR/marketing experts, not members of the engineer staff. Developers are hidden from us.

I can get in contact with the phone through the QPST tool, but have no idea how to flash through that one.

Ok, I figured it out. All thats missing is the file from Umi for correct configurement.

I´m having the same problem. Booted into Bootloader -> since then only UMI-Logo on boot and a black flickering screen.

Hope there´s some progress here!
