The UMI Plus E will not have Android 7 because the Motherboard is not compatible.
they buy cheap components and wanting to invent without knowing what they are doing and the problems appear.

The problem is not from MEDIATEK but from the motherboard.

I am still waiting for Umidigi to upgrade my Plus E from Android 6 to 7, let alone 8. They only seem to be interested in pushing the latest products. When I purchased my Plus E it was top of the range, but now it is forgotten. Not impressed - let's see an upgrade please!
