I've just unpacked my new Zpro and restored apps fro my old phone.  Now as soon as I try to access the home screen I get a "launcher3 has stopped working".  Others seem to have this problem also, but I can't find any mention of a fix.  Does anyone know it?

The same problem I had synonymous.
The cause I have not found.
I now use the Nova Launcher because it has more options and customization possibilities.

Thanks for reply.

I disabled notifications from Launcher3 - that fixed the problem.  Then like you I installed Nova because it's a much better launcher.

But did you find a way to delete launcher3?  Just in case!

In SD Maid there is the option "removes the app and its data".
SD Maid
But I have not uninstalled Launcher3.
I chose Nova as default launcher in the Nova Launcher settings.

Tks again.

It doesn't look as if SDMaid can do it, because it's a system file.   Debloater (http://rootjunkysdl.com/files/?dir=Gates/DeBloater) can disable it and I think that's the best that can be done without root access.

Looks like I can only post if I get more points and I can only get points by posting on this thread.  Stupid system.

This is a nice trick, but still annoying to fill the thread with garbage.
Have you ever tried to get points for meaningful answers?

Looks like I can only post if I get more points and I can only get points by posting on this thread. ...

This system is against spammers to prevent mass created fake users from posting new threads. Before I applied these settings, I (and Marcin) had to remove hundreds of spams and spammers every week.
You have to get at least 50 points to be able to open new threads but until that, you can send new posts in any existing threads, not only in this one. If you don't have enough points to open a nnew thread (you don't have at least a senior member rank), you can post your issues and ideas in the related ROM thread, for example. Then at least we'll know which version you have installed on your phone. Moreover, I get notified about every new post sent in the ROM section while the products section is just occasionally monitored by me and I don't get notified about new threads.
I'm sorry but your cloned posts are going to be removed but at this first time without warning.
