I see, so I flash only system.img, this will keep the TWRP recovery and I can reflash su binary from TWRP again. Thanks  ^^b

I'm not sure you will keep TWRP, but normally you should, becaus you only flash the system, and not the recovery.
But when you flashed it, you can just re-root your device by flashing the supersu.zip through the recovery!

If you flash an updated ROM, please never flash only the system.img since other partitions can be updated ones as well, especially the boot.img, that contains the system kernel. You still can keep your user data by flashing everything but the userdata partition. I also highly recommend to once boot into the system after flashing the full stock ROM (except the userdata partition if you want to keep your data), then flash TWRP separately.
