Install by flashtool u mean? Or ota. Cuz i see allot of problems with the ota version

I was writing about both methods. You can install software components (files, folders and settings) via OTA and flash partitions with SP Flash Tool. Flashing is about writing raw data directly onto the flash memory chip of your phone, it's not about file copy.

I flashed the last 7.1.1 with twrp recovery installed. Worked flawless. Will update the next one also with twrp.

Sorry but yes, in that case you might lose your IMEI numbers. Please upgrade from 6.0 to 7.1.1 via OTA. Then you can use the flash tool to flash partial or full ROM packages without any issue.

He means the ota server was put down for some buggs right? Are we able to get the ota again?

Or do u mean ota way like put the zip file on sd card etc

Or  ...

I'd wait for his resolution about his meaning. The OTA server was down for a few days some weeks ago but anyway it works properly. You still can expect wireless OTA updates in the future.
