I downgrade one of our UMI Z to Android 6 (20170412_g15v97_kw_u8_4m) and the problem of very slow communication in 3G and 4G continues. I put  the sim in my old smartphone and the celular data there is very fast.
I dont know what to do.

I have reported this error since yesterday as well. I'm in France and using the SFR network. Today, I have noticed that the mobile data stops working after using Google Maps navigation for a while as well.

You did the OTA update or SPFT one? Could you check if your IMEI numbers are intact? SPFT update from Marshmallow to Nougat locks the nvram partition which leads to lost IMEI numbers. I didn´t notice any problems with the mobile data in 7.1.1

Hi i also have a problem with the mobile network. Please could you try to deactivate Wlan and check if your phone switches to mobile network. Check with browser to open for example Google or something. Here in Germany with tonline mobile 4g it switches mobile network on only after reboot. No other chance to get mobile network back to work. Big bug. Please check this.

Thank you for your help!!!

In the beginning I Installed TWRP and make root On both phones.
But because I can't make online update, I use SPFT and installed fresh 20170412_g15v97_kw_u8_4m Rom.

I check my IMEI numbers and this is the resolts:
Phone No 1:
356929080113970
356929080113988

Phone No 2:
      356929080071871
      356929080071889

I check the all 4 numbers with 'imei numbers check' and it's looks fine: but the Brand of al 4 Number are-ROOTJOY
