Hey, I am still on v4.01 but i can't go to recovery mode for hard reset
I think there is no recove ...

Hold power up and volume button together. When logo appears, release power button. You'll see a tiny menu in white on a black screen. Use the volume UP button to navigate and the volume DOWN button to select. It will reboot to a dead robot.
At the dead robot, hold power button and tap volume UP. You'll get to the recovery menu.In the recovery menu, user volume UP or Down to navigate. Use POWER button to select.

'I have installed ROM UMIDIGI Z Pro V7.01_20170710 in my UMIDIGI Z pro now my mobile getting into boot loop and after reading forum i tried using SP Flash tool its no use since my windows system not detecting device.

Also i have only 3 boot opetions:
1) Recovery
2) Fastboot
3) Normal

I tried recovery option first and its once again restarting many time. Secondly i tried on Fastboot it showing * ==> Fastboot mode... * for long time and no response. Third I tried Normal mode option once again its restarting no action.

kindly help me in resolving this problem. I got this mobile just 6 month before.

I assume you got the latest version updated OTA from Android 6?
Which button did you press to select recovery option? Use the volume down button to select recovery. The rest that follows is in my posts before your post.

In the recovery menu, select wipe data/factory reset.
WARNING - all data will be erased AND when the phone is rebooted, it takes a bit of time to finish the boot so make sure you have enough battery.

I am also having problems with the speaker for the call, it will go straight to out speaker and I have to hit the speaker button and then hit it again to get it to go off. I am also having problem with the screen Taps and touches, I can scroll and it wont do anything and I have to keep scrolling for it to eventually work again. The service is still crap on it though, and the phone also overheats way too much and it gets way too hot for me to even touch.
