Hello.I have version 20170601 ( i didn't get the latest version by ota)and i have these issues :
The proximity sensor doen't work all the time
The auto rotation function still won't work allways.
After rebooting the phone these two issues disapear for a while and then they appear again .
Another problem is with the ringtone that i use   after restarting the phone with the timer( by night) it go back to a default ringtone- not the one choosed by me.
There will be a new ota update soon?

Hi,
The 20170601 version cannot be updated via FOTA. You can find the reason in the first post of the V7.01_20170711 ROM thread. Please flash it with SP Flash Tool.
You can calibrate both the proximity sensor and g-sensor in Settings --> Display.
Copy your ringtones to the internal memory rather than keeping them on the sd card. When the system is booting up, first the ringtones get initialized and the sd card just later, so ringtones stored on the sd card won't be found and the default ringtone will be set.
I don't know about further OTA updates for this model.

I cannot reproduce your issue, so there might be a format issue or a folder access issue. Convert your ringtone files to either constant bit rate mp3 or ogg files (don't use variable bit rate) and copy them to the Ringtone folder.

Hello,
I've been having problems with my UMI Z for some days.
every time you leave a WiFi connection, the mobile data network does not activate automatically, so it is necessary to restart the device for it to work again.

this happens even if you are not connected to a WiFi network, the mobile data stops working.

I have already reset the system, reconfigure the APN settings, I have tried out more than one operator, but the error continues.

I saw that other users of UMI Z are also having this problem.

I wonder if any solution has already been released.

waiting instructions
