I bought s2 pro 2 week past
I faced a problem in touch
Sometimes the phone start error on touch
I lock screen then opened it to restart touch working.
Can you help me ?

It can be either a software or hardware related issue. Flash your phone with SPFT in firmware upgrade mode and test the touch screen again.

Hello, I bought a cell phone brand Umidigi, model S2 Pro black. It's been a week since I received the product. Only he came with a defect on the screen. All functions of it work correctly (camera, sound, digital, etc ...) minus the touch of the screen. The screen hangs from nothing and after 5 to 8 seconds it works again. The cell phone does not stop because if I click the volume it works, if I run the screen up or down also works, it's just the click that does not work. Is this some software defect? Do you know if there is a fix for this or is it better to change the device?

Dear friends, I am encountering difficulties with an Umidig S2Pro.
After a formatting done by the former owner, it started only in factory mode, after a lot of work and many attempts to install ROMs, I was able to restart it normally, but the touch is not working and if you use an OTG cable and put a mouse the same also does not respond which leads me to believe that it would be a software problem.
I have installed practically all ROMs available in this forum (basic and complete) and I could not make the touch work again.
Please someone help me!
