Today I did fresh install. ROM from this topic and Firmware Upgrade mode in SPFT. No recovery, no restore from any backup. Clean install, all apps and all user data, everything new. I think that FOTA update is bugged. Now my Mi Band 2 is working great. No Bluetooth battery drain. Navigation bar is bigger (don't know why but in my opinion it is better). Only one thing is disturbing. Screen was blinking very fast about 40 minutes after first start. That was weird, but now everything works just fine. I will write more after few days of testing.
