which file do we use to flash our UMIDIGI Z2 ORGINAL with treble?
1.If your device is arm64 and supports A/B seamless update, download "system-arm64-ab-vanilla-nosu.img"
2.If your device is arm64 and doesn't support A/B seamless update, download "system-arm64-aonly-vanilla-nosu.img"
Proximity sensor problem solved removing the glass screen protector.
But still the same message "Unactive" all the time in the screen near the battery icon.
the only issues I`ve got since the last OTA (09/28) update is:
- more battery drainage and
- during a call, the display turns on after a view seconds and stays on until I take it away from my head and lead it back to my ear. Then a view seconds and it turns on again. ... so I canceled some calls with my ear!
The moderator should start a new topic per version!
After the earlier disasters I am afraid to even install the new UMIDIGI_Z2_V1.0_20180622_20180928-1646 OTA.
It seems that the new updates makes this flagship more like a sinking dinky...
Edited by apog at 2018-10-3 04:41 \n\njust clean install 29/08 version (firmware upgrade) through spft and directly when phone boot i ota updated to 28/09.. i confirm that auto focus is working fine now (most times) some not.. also slippery gestures are nice.. just missing the auto-hide button when used classic gestures icons..

-no more crashing in settings search
-auto screen rotation does not work anymore, very annoying using youtube
-compass calibration does not work
-also in factory test mode - dial *#*#33#*#* - manual tests before the compass calibration did work but not anymore -> after many tries compass did calibrate succesfull but still no auto rotation of the screen.
