I restored my phone with SP Tool and made the configuration again and not what Google is proposing. I hope chw with the new update resolve network issues and do not have to restart the device again to resume it.

A greeting at all, I managed to restore imei codes via SN tool but now the phone does not see me upgrading to android 7. Yet after installing it all in automatically she found and did two 30mb updates for android 6. What can I do do? Thank you
Please reboot your phone and check for the update again. If you still can't receive it automatically, you can download the OTA file from here, and install it manually by following the instructions.
