With unbrik kit, IMEI and baseband works fine.... the strange is that i have unknown netowork.

time ago, i posted some screen imei for my review ...maybe they have stolen IMEI? xD

Ok, I wish you luck with this. I'm interested in buying this phone and want to use it in Germany. But i won't buy it unless it's clear that the phone can be made working again after these seemingly unavoidable bricks.
Did you already try those unlocking instructions in the russian forum that someone posted?

On needrom there are quite a lot of roms for TCL 3s M3G. Could these roms also be installed/tried on the Umi emax mini?

You have to remove the internal back frame first to be able to remove the battery. A lot of screws and your warranty is over. On the other hand, that doesn't unbrick your phone (I tried that to be sure) but pressing the power button for 10 seconds has the same effect like as you removed the battery.

I think the most serious problem is the phone screen that responds pretty hard to touch.

I received an emax mini today and the touch screen works pretty well. However, I removed that horrific stock screen protector after 5 minutes of use.

The flashboot method to install TWRP does not working after restoring phone with unbrick method. New ROM with new security 01.11.2015 was installed. May be flashboot is fully locked now.

Installed someone CM 12.1? How to proceed? My phone was bricked and i use the kit from this thread to solve it.

That's not true. Fastboot commands work immediately after installing the unbrick kit. I tested it multiple times. Read again the first post for a step by step tutorial. I've updated the page.
