Ok, I wish you luck with this. I'm interested in buying this phone and want to use it in Germany. But i won't buy it unless it's clear that the phone can be made working again after these seemingly unavoidable bricks.
Did you already try those unlocking instructions in the russian forum that someone posted?
You have to remove the internal back frame first to be able to remove the battery. A lot of screws and your warranty is over. On the other hand, that doesn't unbrick your phone (I tried that to be sure) but pressing the power button for 10 seconds has the same effect like as you removed the battery.
I have updated this post (still not finished) with new information and files. Thank you for all of you for the plenty of useful information and I say sorry for the lot of stupidity I've written without owning a such device.

That's not true. Fastboot commands work immediately after installing the unbrick kit. I tested it multiple times. Read again the first post for a step by step tutorial. I've updated the page.
