umi not receive sdk for 7.0 from mediatek. not start working at it so. forget 7.0, lucky we are if we have it this year.
all they do is keep making new phones again and again, 23 in 2 years ! all customers not very happy, lots of problems with old models with gps and camera, plus e has problems with camera and bluetooth and screen sometimes. no good support for flagship ! (even if other ones are flagship now).

When the promise will be fulfilled. So far nothing Android 7 because it's been 5 months and nothing. Has new handsets coming with updated Android. You have to be more committed to your skills.

I try not to complain too much. I really like the plus e, especially for why I bought it. It does everything and then some for my specific needs. But Umi has announced 2 phones, the C Note and this new Crystal phone within maybe 1 or 2 months. Even that alone, plus e users not getting nougat, not a huge deal to me, though I'd love to have it. My complaint is that while they have announced these phones, I can't​ get an update to my plus e that helps with a Bluetooth connectivity issue, an issue that others have already brought to the companies attention, among other things. I certainly won't be getting rid of my phone, but I also can't/wont be suggesting Umi Digi as a cell phone company as a whole to anyone, at least until I can see some more reliable service to it's phones and customers.

Hi, since I have the phone, January, and after updated to last version through the update app of the mobile, i still havng same proble, the screen is not very sensitive, most of all when i have to move the finger in a video, for example put my finger in some part of the video to move foward or Rerverse a video, song, or just move the finger to adjust some line, it doenst recognize when i tocuh the screen and worse when i try to move at same time, is that normal? or is a fabric default mistake? and if is a software problem , how can i resolve this? i have version 3.02_20170216 , thank you

Has anyone found a custom ROM for this phone yet? Perhaps something such as a Cataclysm or Lineage Android N or O release? Or have we heard anything from UMIDIGI about any possible update forthcoming in the foreseeable future? Thanks in advance for any feedback.
