Yes, I received your email and your thh.req file has been sent to the software engineer. You'll probably get the activation file on Monday.

Did you copy your ActiveResponse.txt to C:\ microtrust_metalog ?

For those who get caught in the "Wait Soter" loop like me, remove the PIN or any other password from the phone and leave without any, I did that and finished in 30 seconds.
