Hello Matrix666, i found this tutorial on XDA developers on how to port/fix bugs on custom Roms. Kindly take a look and see if you can fix the camera bug. I have zero skills but can troubleshoot/test for you. Thanks as you consider this.

i have tested som files for debugging ...........................camera dont work.....in second test phone not starting........
playing videos dont work......

Matrix666 try to change libdpframework.so,libfeatureio.so on stock rom ( lib/lib64).
Open developer settings and turn on (HW overlays) and video have to work.
This guide on xda not help.
