Howdy, after installing this update I've lost wireless display. How do I get this back please? Also, my hotspot no longer works properly, any help or suggestions on how to sort it out would be great..... Thanks.

Thanks for the work bencebacsi, and I have just used the flashtool for my emax mini. I left the setting on m3m, pressed the download button and it loaded the latest firmware on to the phone. After it was done and phone switched on again, there a re few iapps missing, in that there is only 1 page of apps now instead of 2. Thats no big deal, but also I notice now that in Network connections , select More... , Mobile Data is greyed out. I don't have a sim card in it, so maybe that is why?

You can add new pages to the home screen by sliding an icon to the right edge of the screen. Yes, without a SIM card installed, you can't set the mobile data since that's not available.

Hello? Anyone?
How do I get the Screen cast option back that this update removed? Unfortunately, I didn't back up my previous ROM so it looks like I'm stuck with this one. Any ideas, anybody?

Thank you for all help Bencebacsi. I am having same issue as a previous poster. I install update and screen cast vanish. How to get this back? I have use this quiet often and will miss this ability. This is Standard abilty of android is it not? Thank you

Wow...seems like a few people within this forum are having the same problems with dodgy updates. I always thought that these updates were supposed to improve the overall user experience of our smart phones, not take things away or break them...Anyway, sorted out my tethering problem (thanks to google and another forum). Will have to put up with not having screen cast for the time being and will certainly be steering well clear of UMI when the time comes to buy another phone....

Hi everyone. I am trying to update my emax mini and it stops at the beginning with an error : Search disk overtime! Please check driver and handset! (Error code = 40011)  I tried with the drivers which install with rootjoy aswell as uninstalling and installing through the flashtools options.

Hi,

Check the connection status of your phone in Windows's device manager and try another USB port or another PC. A computer running a 64-bit Windows version is recommended.

Thanks for the reply. The connection status was fine both in windows device manager and in the flashtool iitself but i still got the error (on Windows 7 Pro 64bit) . I will try on another PC tomorrow but it has Windows 10 64bit so i dont know how it will work.
