OS Update to Android 8 for UMIDIGI S2/S2 Pro

i have umidigi s2 and i would like to upgrade it to android 8 oreo. can you tell me when they release the OTA?

Please and please and please..... My Umidigi S2 front n back cameras ain't working properly whenever I'm in a situation wit low light... I don't like it.... Whenever m in need of a pic in a dark room.. .The background for camera always turn red wit some sort of glitches... Please I need updates on what to do..........

N also please Android 7 is needed atleast

Hi, launchers are only working on S2 android 6.
If someone know how to add defaut lauchers on S2 Pro, that would be great.

\n\nWhere is the "Home app" option ?
Normally in Setting > Application > Preferences (top right)
It should be there in order to allow user to put their default launcher.
Please make an update for that UMI team !!

I also agree that UMI is guilty of an update to Android 7 (better Android 8) . It was promised for version 1 of the S2 an OTA upgrade from Android 6 to Android 7. Now it is said that this is not possible.
But at Umi Super, it worked (Android 7). In conclusion, all I can say is that I would have kept the UMI Super better.

Dear Tity, Umi has send a new ROM version in December - is this already installed?
S2_V1.0_20171221 Umi promised a real improved camera performance....
