First of all, anybody who has any kind of issue after the OTA update should flash this ROM with SP Flash Tool, then test your device again. Please do not report any issues if you haven't yet flashed your phone, what is generally the No.1 solution to fix software related issues.
An update that fixes the random reboots and non-working cellular data issues (just a small amount of devices are affected) will be released as soon as possible. A time that comes as soon as possible cannot be scheduled.

Me parece perfecto que esten intentando solucionar el problema, pero seria conveniente que nos dieran una fecha para solucionar estos problemas, en mi caso llevo dos semanas con un movil practicamente inutilizado.
mi pregunta fue sencilla¿puedo bajar el movil a la version anterior?¿existe un manual para realizar esto?
Publiquen este sencillo tutorial (en varios idiomas, con pantallas y pasos a seguir) para que la gente podamos seguir utilizando el movil hasta que ustedes arreglen la actualizacion.
Gracias pero entienda que esto es un grave problema para los usuarios que apostamos por la marca Umi.

I think it is perfect that they are trying to solve the problem, but it would be convenient to give us a date to solve these problems, in my case I have two weeks with a mobile almost useless.
My question was simple, can I download the phone to the previous version? Is there a manual to do this?
Publish this simple tutorial (in several languages, with screens and steps to follow) so that people can continue to use the phone until you fix the update.
Thank you but understand that this is a serious problem for users who are betting on the Umi brand.

After OTA to 7.1.1 the battery life has gone down signifcantly. With android 6 on my Umi Z Pro I could use it all day say from 8am to 11pm. Now with 7.1.1 and the same usage the battery is finished before the evening between 6 and 8pm. I've seen this issue on multiple topics so is Umidigi working on a fix?

I have a little issue: In Android Nougat, they changed the clock text on the lockscreen to bold, so what I mean is that the time is in bold, just like THIS . But on the Umi Z with android 7.1.1, we doesn't have that bold text, so I don't know if that's a bug or not, but can it be fixed?

He modificado las APN y el resultado es el mismo, solo me deja conectarme a través de wifi.

¿se puede hacer un downgrade a Android 6?

\n\nHello, I am from Holland travelling in France and Spain now for over a month and had the update  to 7.11 and honestly can say this telephone is top. All the apps updated automatcaly when I was traveling and no problem whatsoever. Really happy with the Z. All the problems here mentioned are very personal so cannot judge. Also TomTom used when driving works flawlessly. Thanx UMI. Thinking of upgrading it to the Z1 with Oled because the only complaint I have is when you have sunglasses on you cannot read the LCD in the sun. With Oled you can, my Lumia950 is no problem in the sun to navigate with in the car.

The only problems I'm facing so far and apparently everyone is facing the same ones.

- The restart button power off the device doesn't restart it
- If you open the S Case it asks to unlock the device and doesn't only show lockscreen
- S case music controls are gone

Everything else is working fine for me.

Super fast, battery is great... Camera while not the best image quality is fast and reliable.

Best phone I've had and one of the cheapest.

I came from a Galaxy S6 Edge to the Umi Z.. No regrets.

List of genuine issues (still after flashing):

• Holding down the power button and pressing restart just turns off the phone
• Sliding down the notification panel causes a black screen behind it (this doesn't happen on the lockscreen)
• Camera in other apps (i.e. Snapchat) goes darker on video mode
• Random restarts occur
• Unable to remap the MENU button using switch access (as per the UMIDIGI guide) or with other third party apps that worked before
• Holding down the physical home button doesn't open Google Assistant/Now On Tap - Make the physical buttons mirror the navigation ones

Restart works for me most of the times. For me no problem.
