Umi Hammer signal

Hi!
I have problem with my Umi Hammer, after one month of using. Suddenly I noticed during use that there were some problems with phone range. In areas with poor signal, it was not him at all. In places where there was good he was weaker. I started to change the settings. I put another sim card into the phone. I installed the new software Lollipop. Even I opened my phone ... (I know that I lost warranty). And nothing helped. Recently, I noticed that when i hold  the lower part of the phone with both hands this range drops drastically by 20 dB and problem is with the phone network, the second sim card and wifi. Can anyone help me with this phone? Some walkthroughs?
