Hi,

I need some help, pretty please. I just switched on my new UMI Z, connected with my google account and saw an update dated 2017-01-21. After installation and a reboot the notification appears on the lock screen saying "App permission / App permission management is closed". I cannot log-in with a fingerprint and if I try swipe-to-unlock it skips back to this "App permission" notification. The screen tries to go to sleep after a some seconds of inactivity but gets right back up. It seems like some exception happens that. If in keep trying to unlock it resets the phone and I get again the "App permission" notification.

Hi, I had the same problem, the solution is hard reset:

1. At the very beginning hold down the Power rocker for a while.
2. When the menu Power Menu appears on the screen choose Reboot and tap Ok to confirm.
3. Afterwards immediately press and hold  the Volume Down for a few seconds.
4. You can release held key as soon as Factory Mode appears.
5. In the next step use Volume Down to select "clear eMMC" and tap the Power button to confirm.

Please fix this problem, hard reset is not a solution!
