Broken TWRP?

Hi all,
3 months ago I have installed TWRP and ROOT with this procedure http://community.umidigi.com/thread-2962-1-1.html
Then I have installed updateV3.02_20160923 and everything works fine, sure ROOT was gone.
Now I need to install ROOT again, but can´t to get into TWRP. If I turn phone on and pressing volume up, nothing happned (display stay black).
I have to install it again? What happned with TWRP?

Depending on how you flashed V3.02_20160923 (Using TWRP? OTA? SP Flash Tool?) you may have replaced TWRP with stock recovery, and will have to flash TWRP again.

I have flashed via OTA.

I was under the impression that OTA updates didn't work if you had TWRP and/or root installed,  but...  Anyway,  I guess it's just a matter of flashing TWRP again.

This OTA worked with TWRP without any problem. Confirmed by bencebacsi

So I realy have to flash TWRP again...
