My Umi Super will not allow me to use my Data allowance on my phone package.

Hi all.
Please help I am not IT literate but an ordinary user.
I have had a Umi Super for several weeks now and cant get it use my package data from my supplier TalkTalk.
I have spoken to TalkTalk and they say they dont support Chinese phones.
I have also been to  a Vodafone shop and asked them as TalkTalk uses Vodafone network but they could not help either.
The phones wifi system works fine when linked to any router.

\n\ndont listen to them, bcs this shit they talking about like not supportin chinese phones is bullshit.

1. find on net settings APN for TalkTalk (this is access point name for connecting internet)

2. take phone, go to settings/more/cellular networks/access point name and make a new one with details from talktalk, save it and thats it

check if you can recive sms?

if not, u need to update sms centar also...
