Hi, my name is Rodrigo. The last month i bought the UMI Super but i couldn´t recieve it because the product isn´t approved on my country, and i need some certification than prooves the especifcations of the product. Specifically the FCC ID, CMIT ID or similar. I am deseperate, the Customs will keep my phone if i dont provide that information. I really hope that someone help me.
I have sent a lot of emails to contact someone of UMI but nobody have answer me.

I had the same problem with Danish custom. If you can`t show who seller is/factura/price in US or euro, they will not release it to you.

Each country has their own law and regulation. I'm quite sure UMI could not provide FCC certificate to you because to pass FCC certification require time and costly.

Only retailers need such documents to place imported devices into trade. As an end-user you only need to prove your purchase and the amount that you paid for your goods and as a shipping fee. If you are a retailer, please contact marketing@91umi.com .

In Colombia you can approve for free your phone, but you need FCC certificate. I need that certification or FCC ID to use my UMi Super
