Hello,

Being a UMI Costumer for various Phones (Umi Rome X and SUPER), i am begining to think that UMI Support for their Flagship is BRAINDEAD or NON EXISTANT...

So far the contact with UMI Community has been mininal... So the costumers are being left on the dark, to what is being done to resolve the issues...

UMI SUPER, so far is very buggy and in dare need of software fixing... But not one response from UMI about this...
Its more important releasing crappy BLUE Eurocup SUPER, releasing UMI London, or even making movies about dismantling the UMI SUPER...

Im very upset with this... I did for more time wait for any news, but so far... nothing really usefull have come out from UMI SUPPORT...

Dear gessi,

It's really not only you but 6 other users as well (one user in the list broke his screen, so that's not relevant) out of some ten thousands.
I tell you after repairing some hundreds of pieces of smartphones over 6 years, it's almost suerly a hardware defection. If flashing with SP Flash Tool (Firmware Upgrade) doesn't change anything, you can be perfectly sure.
While we apologize for your inconvenience, we sincerely ask you to contact your reseller for a replacement. A defective touch screen digitizer cannot be repaired but replaced only. Your reseller have to replace your phone for free in warranty.

Hi guys,
I have no problem with the support. If I wright a mail, I become a answere 2-3 days later, that is ok.
Also the update. We have got 2 sorry 3 dota since the Super is out of stock, So I think that the developers are working to the next big update. That is wath they wright in email to me. And also, I think that they will do a good update, because the camera update the last time.
So guys be cool, you have a good phone for good price. All we do is complain at a high level.
Use your phone and wait a little bit, because many of us buy a presale phone.
Think at our president A. Merkel, many of us in Germany hate her politic, but we can do nothing but wait to the next choice to get her in jungle of nowhere.

Even Jesus resurected from the dead!
Guess UMI support doesn´t do that miracle...

How come still no news to your flagship phone?

I don´t get it... is UMI a 10 person company?

The coffe break is now for more than 14 days. Any results on the camera/photo issues? Others work very well with my Super.

Welll...
Actually they can do a break for coffee when they fix the problems...

I payed for a functional product, it was not given for free... SO if i pay they just have to work to make it usefull...

So no... I will not give them a break... My time and money is just too much precious....

They obviously dont even reply to emails...sad story but i have a dead touchscreen with my Super..

They delete even forum topics if they think its to negative.

The super thing is that the phone worked for 10days...Wow

Dear UMi users,

A new colleague is being trained for replying the emails sent to support@91umidigi.com. Here in the forum I've been the only one for a while with not all UMi products in hand. That case also will change soon. Until that I ask you to be a bit more patient.

Please describe how your touch screen got dead. If that happened due to a factory defect (it would be quite a unique case), we apologize for that and suggest you to request a replacement from your reseller.
Please, don't try to figure out our thoughts. Only spamming, offending, vulgar or intentionally and obviously lying posts get deleted. This one of yours is on the border since you stated that, you know our thoughts, while that obviously cannot be true.
