No notifications when sleep mode

Hello,


I don't have notifications (even synchronisation) when the phone is in sleep mode (just screen off). If my screen is on, I get notifications, but when I switch off my screen, I receive nothing anymore (except SMS).

It's the same in WIFI or network.
I tried factory reset but still the same.

In Settings ->Smart Assistant -> Backkground task cleaner -> White list you must mark aplications where you want get notifications. For mi are Hangouts and Messenger.  I sought it full day, but at the end I found it.

If you use battery saving mode it turns of all receptions while phone is sleeping

I know that, but I'm not using saving mode.

Do you receive notifications from mail, facebook messenger or Snapchat when your screen is off with wifi or network ?

Yes I do. But I usually keep them open in taks manager, If you clear all task you can not receive notification probably...

I clear nothing... I don't know what is the problem. Everything is still opened
