Umi Iron Pro Overheating

hello everyone!
i have the umi iron pro for 6 months now, and since a few weeks ago it started overheating the battery an the cpu.
I downloaded 2 apps (cooler master, cpu monitor) to warn me and close apps to prevent it. Some times that's not enough and i must switch it off
or it does that on it's own with a warning message about overheating.
I removed most of my apps but the problem still persists. I noticed that when i turn on "data usage" the device goes high temperature in a few minutes.
It's better with wifi netwoks but still overheats in about 10-15 minutes and i must switch it off and wait to cool down.
Most of the times i must try 10-20 times to turn it on again.
My kernel is 3.10.65+ and build number is umiiron pro.v3.02.
any suggestions ?
