I was using my Umi Iron Pro when a message pop up: "The battery of your phone is overheating" and few seconds after the phone just switched off. After that It does not turn it on again and it does not charge either. Any help? Thanks

Dear kukito22,

If that happened while your phone was on charger, you should try to use another charger adapter. If that doesn't help, then your phone should be disassembled to check the battery, its charging electronics and the USB port. Unfortunately we can't help at that from here, remotely. I suggest you to contact your reseller if your purchase is covered by a valid warranty or take your phone to a local repair shop.

Regards,
Bence

Hi! The same thing happened to my phone. I used the flash tool and the phone started working again even though the batery overheat mesage still starts to show sometimes, the phone doesn't die anymore though. When the mesage appers just remove the case and turn off Data Netwok and Wirless Finder, after 4-5 minutes it won't show it again. Look up the answers to my post to find the flash tool http://community.umidigi.com/for ... peid%26typeid%3D102
