Regardless of whether the earpiece or the loud speaker doesn't work, that's probably not a software issue but the speaker itself got ruined and it should be replaced by a new one. The speakers can be replaced in a repair shop, they're not model specific spare parts. If your purchase is covered by warranty, I suggest you to contact your reseller. Unfortunately, we can't help you remotely to resolve a such issue.
