UMi Touch - I can feel the battery moving around

Hello,
The last few days, I noticed that the battery moves around when I shake the phone.
No, I have not dropped it.
No, it is not the vibrator.
I call literally feel it moving!

Is there an expanation for this?
How do you open the back cover? Is there a video for this? So I can add a wedge or something so this can stop.

Looking forward to any help with this.

I also had this problem. very simple to solve, I put automotive foam, of which automakers use in wiring cars. the umi touch comes with small foam in the laterals, but they are insufficient, putting two pieces of foam on top of the battery problem will be solved.
